Established by Director, Mark McQuillan in 2023 who spotted a gap in the market, we provide top quality workmanship and expertise to a growing client base in the Pharmaceutical, Power Generation, Aerospace, Food processing, Dairy and Drinks industries with critical projects.
Coming from very humble beginnings, McQuillan Process Services Ltd are gaining respect within the industry as the one of the best.
Mark's vision for the business going forward is to continue building on the respect they have already gained, to have the best trades people and engineers working for the business, to be the household brand and the first port of call when it comes to process pipework, mechanical fitting, mechanical installation, orbital welding and stainless steel fabrication and welding,.
Mark served his time as a specialist pipe welder, having done part of his training in the world-famous Babcock's in Tipton, West Midlands, honing his craft over a decade working in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry, travelling all over the globe before returning home to start his own business.

We use only the latest and most advanced welding, fabrication and mechanical equipment, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality work possible. Our equipment includes but is not limited to EWM TIG inverters including AC/DC machines, Axxair Saxx 201 Orbital welding machines with SATFX weld head and full range of Jaws from 0.5 inch to 3 inch, Axxair facing tool, Axxair CC122 orbital saw, GBC T5 Superboiler Pipe Beveller, Lincoln Vantage 410 Welder Generator and suit case MIG running both solid and flux core wire which tackles heavy wall pipe/structural welding and Air arc gouging with ease.
